COPE concentrates on Languages and Computer Skills training for free in long term mission without discrimination, racial, and political trends. Educational quality is on what we focus and qualified students are what we want, but so far both of lacks of fund support and some counterparts become an obstacle to goal of COPE Cambodia. However, each of member and staffs has committed themselves to trying their hard to develop those poor students to be qualified staffs in the near future in order to attend to eliminate the poverty in Cambodia. Children in poor, orphaned, and disabled circumstance are first to select to study in our center. Furthermore, our mission is to support and find out the good solution for the poor Cambodian people also.

Our teachers always take the good manner of being well-organized, patient, interesting, tolerant, gentle, kind, motivating, efficient, punctual, and funny. They challenge their students to learn the most advanced skills, theories and practices and they always encourage slow students to try hard. We would like our students feeling confident about their skills (what we had taught them). ‘A good teacher is a good listener.’ is our point of view. Though we teach them for free, students have their own rights to criticize the way of our teaching. And we are happy to listen to them.

Beyond of granting education we focus on, COPE is absolutely responsible for taking care of their bikes (At least, we have a guard for this task.). Most of our students have their own bikes, because they live far from our place. The fee of transportation is rather expansive, so this is a reason that forces their parents to buy the bike for their children because it is cheap and high safe and security, too. Unfortunately, some of our poor students cannot afford it for their transportation, except one choice: they must walk in the long way to this COPE. We promises to avoid damage to or loss of their property; we will not be happy if their bike is stolen or damaged in anyway. Of course, the bike is a good way to travel for children, in this area.
