Cope-Cambodia will implement the work activities based on the knowledge, morality and quality to develop brainstorming of the people and students’ intellectual, personal and employability skills to effectively work in language and Information Technology skills that related careers and research. Cope-Cambodia will enhance the knowledge and proficiency in Language and Computer skills for poor children, orphans to be capable people in dealing with research and development in the communities. Cope-Cambodia will provide the motivation of poor Cambodian and strongly work with NGOs partner to achieve the self-sufficiency Human Resource Management experiences for long-term mercy mission in Cambodia country. COPE-CAMBODIA will work hard, do all the best in establishing the capacity building to all children, poor students and disabled people with following objectives:

•  To improve English language skills (which they need to study other skills) and information technology, it is easy to learn, check and research the new world economic information throughout the educative process of Internet and e-mail system free of charge.
•  The priority is given to poor students, orphans and disabled people and to access them to become a good leader in their community and institution in the future.
•  To make available the services providing about the education that deal with the Information Technology and language skills and help them find a job which could benefit for themselves and contribute to their community.
•  To establish the teaching services to outreach community and rural areas by providing access to the possibility to attend the classes to understand about language and computer related skills free of charge.
•  To develop them to be conscientious teaching staff in English with methodological and innovative approaches.
•  To offer and facilitate the best educational environment in the communities.
•  There is a special program to help the royal government official in English language and computer related skills to meet the job needs hence reduce poverty in the whole society.
•  To provide foods, materials for study (such as pen, paper, pencil, notebook…etc) and student’s clothes for orphans and poor students.
